FINAL ORDER AND PUBLIC REPORT UPON
MANDATE OF THE DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL
This matter came before the Commission on Ethics, meeting in public session on July 28, 2006, upon the mandate of the District Court of Appeal, Fourth District, issued in JOANNE FANIZZA v. STATE OF FLORIDA, COMMISSION ON ETHICS, Case No. 4D05-888 (March 22, 2006). The Court's opinion in the case concludes that the Respondent's representation in the Glasser Case and in the Fanizza Case did not create a continuing or frequently recurring conflict, or a conflict which would impede the full and faithful discharge of her public duties, under Section 112.313(7), Florida Statutes.
Pursuant to the mandate, the Commission finds that the Respondent did not violate Section 112.313(7), Florida Statutes, and hereby dismisses the complaints.
ORDERED by the State of Florida Commission on Ethics meeting in public session on July 28, 2006.
