FINAL ORDER DISMISSING

PETITION FOR COSTS AND ATTORNEY FEES

This matter came before the Commission on Ethics for final consideration, the Recommended Order of an Administrative Law Judge of the Division of Administrative Hearings having been filed with the Commission and the Respondent (Petitioner in the costs and fees matter) and the Complainant (Respondent in the costs and fees matter) having received due and proper notice of this final consideration of the matter.  Neither the Respondent nor the Complainant have filed exceptions to the Recommended Order.

The Administrative Law Judge recommends that the Respondent's petition be dismissed.

The Commission hereby adopts in full as its final order the Recommended Order of the Administrative Law Judge, which is attached and incorporated by reference.

Accordingly, the Commission finds that the Complainant (Eileen Moran) is not liable to the Respondent (Richard Glass) for costs and attorney fees and dismisses the Respondent’s petition with prejudice.

ORDERED by the State of Florida Commission on Ethics meeting in public session on Friday March 12, 1999.
