FINAL ORDER AND PUBLIC REPORT

 

 

 

This matter came before the Commission on Ethics for final action on review of the Recommended Order of the Hearing Officer (a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference).  The Respondent did not file exceptions to the Recommended Order, which recommended that the Commission find that he did not violate Sections 112.313(7)(a) and 112.3143(2), Florida Statutes.  Having reviewed the Recommended Order and the record of the public hearing of this complaint, the Commission makes the following findings, conclusions, and determination:

 

Findings of Fact

 

The findings of fact set forth in the Recommended Order are approved, adopted, and incorporated herein. 

 

Conclusions of Law

 

1.  The Conclusions of Law set forth in the Recommended Order are approved, adopted, and incorporated herein.

 

2.  Accordingly, the Commission on Ethics finds that the Respondent did not violate Sections 112.313(7)(a) or 112.3143(2), Florida Statutes, and orders that this complaint be DISMISSED.
