FINAL ORDER AND PUBLIC REPORT

 

   This matter came before the Commission on Ethics on the Recommended Order rendered in this matter on August 25, 1993, by the Division of Administrative Hearings' Hearing Officer (a copy of which is attached and incorporated by reference).  The Hearing Officer recommends that the Commission enter a Final Order finding that the Respondent did not violate Section 112.3143(3), Florida Statutes.   Neither the Commission Advocate nor the Respondent filed exceptions to the Recommended Order.

 

   Having reviewed the Recommended Order, the Commission hereby adopts the findings of fact and conclusions of law which have been presented in the Recommended Order.  Accordingly this complaint is dismissed with the issuance of this Final Order and Public Report.
